Today was the best Customer Service I have had in years, I've been shopping at this location every since I found out there was a store in Dunwoody. they were working with fewer staff members today, but Pamela Took the time to scan my coupons and helped me by telling the manager of my last minute request of a item they had in the back. Pamela kept her Excellent customer service even with customer being rude and impatient not just to me but to her as well.
Been here twice and have nothing but good things to say about them. Junior was especially helpful
The recording gives you the address only. Then it says it'll tranfer you.
You will get all freight tools here!! for an excellent price. Even most of the products are cheaper than walmart and home depot!!.
Only to a mailbox that is full and you can not leave a message and says it is Unattended. Then it says to press 0, again so it can transfer you to the mailbox that is full and unattended. But if you would like it will repeat this numerous times for you just in case you didnt understand that you were not going to be helped or the phone was not going to be answered the first time.
One stop shop for all the tools you need. Killer price and occasional super sale days!
