I used to shop at this store a lot and spent thousands of money at Homegoods. But today I experienced unhappy shopping experiences. I tried to return a wall decoration which I brought last week. I had my receipt with me and the product I return are in the original condition. The cashier first said they can't recognize this product, said the product description in their system is different from the one I return. And then she called their manager. When their manager came she is rude and said the same things plus said the product is damage and cannot be returned. I felt humiliated by them and be treated unfairly. I have my receipt and everything and still cannot get back my money ! It's not my fault that their system can't recognize the product ! It's their fault ! If they don't trust me they can check their store camera. The details of when I bought their product is on the receipt. And their manager is so rude. And hear a lot of other people complaints about the store manager. Homegood should be shame on their damage system and incompetent store manager. As a longterm Homegood customer, this experiences hurt me so bad and will think twice next time when I'm planning return to their store.
Shopping there is great, I also work there too.
Great selection, be prepared to wait in line to checkout if going during M-F lunch hour.
Awful place. Store clerk ripped off the sale tag on the rug we wanted and then charged us full price saying there was never a sale tag. You put it in your pocket and lied about it. Will NEVER shop there again!
