Somehow through it all I left one of my bags.
I USE to shop at this Ross all the time until I had an awful experience with a manager not allowing me to come back in and purchase something at 10:55 after I had already been in the store previously and spent over 100.00. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other staff was friendly, she was just so rude.
The store is cleanish (could use more organization) they have good shoes sometimes...its really hit or miss. I got a great pair of jellypop flats for 10 bucks a few weeks ago along with some cute boho throw pillows on clearance. The staff is not really any help and usually grumpy.
I called the store twice that day to see if my missing items were left in the store. Both calls resulted in a very quick and rude "no". I finally just drove back up there to see for myself. I spoke to someone in lpss prevention who not only found the missing bag, but said that it was at the cash wrap the entire time. He was very kind to me, but all occurrences up to that point have left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can and will spend my money elsewhere next time
When it finally became my turn, my cashier didn't even say hello and seemed very preoccupied with another employees drama.
Love this store, lots of choices in their shoe collection and the store was pretty clean as well. I visited the bathroom while I was there as well and I was impressed with the cleanliness. Ultimate goal was to grab my son some sneakers, mission accomplished! Will definitely be back.
Great service not a big enough selection for men but it is a go to store
I went in to buy clothes for a last minute job interview. By the time I was ready tp check out, the line was very long with only 2 cashiers. There were other associates walking around doing nothing and no one came to help.
