Missed spots on the exterior and areas of my interior. I took EVERYTHING out of my interior and console and asked that the console also be vacuumed/wiped out and they ignored the request. Didn't vacuum the trunk and I cleaned it out as well and asked for this. I paid for the most expensive wash and cleaning service and it was definitely sub par. I'd rather drive to Ponce de Leon next time.
I spoke with Patrick who was "in charge" that day. He made more excuses and it was clear to me this is how they do business. He said he couldn't do anything for my inconvenience but he would finish washing my car. What the heck?! Finally after me saying that won't work he gave me the owners name and a free car wash for next time. (No thanks!) I called the owner and left a message. The owner is a broker. He evidently fields his calls to a woman who "handles" issues. She never asked me what happened. Just said let her know what she can do. All talk. She said sometimes they are busy. I said being busy wasn't the issue! Her response was clear to me this is how they role. Not really trying to do better. Only deal with unhappy people IF they complain. Don't trust this business.
I arrived with only 3 cars currently being washed. Plenty of employees. It was not busy at all! After 1 hour of waiting for my car to be washed and watching the same woman spray the front of my car lights 10 times and pretend to clean it, I had enough! I went up to see what was going on.
Staff was not super friendly, and the lady recieving payment tried to up charge me $20 just to clean the roof of my car? (Should a car wash upcharge to clean the top of the vehicle? Shouldn't that just be part of the wash? Cleaning the roof costs just as much as the rest of the car, Inside and out?) Somewhat lacked attention to detail, the inside was wiped down very well but the vacuuming was lack luster; could have done a much better job myself. (Isn't that why we take our cars to a wash vs doing it ourselves? For them to do a better job than we could, in less time?) I'll probably end up revacuming myself and ended up paying 20+ dollars for the service. However, my first experience here was much better than my second. You could pay a lot less to do just as good of a job.
Not only was my car not finished they hadn't started vacuuming the inside. I was shocked!
They did a great job with my car even though it was very dirty and it was close to closing time. I will definitely be going back here.
I don't know if it was because I came 25 minutes before they closed or they were upset I used a $5 coupon but my experience was bad. The man who greeted me and took the car was nice but my car doesn't even looked washed on the inside and the outside there's still so many spots. I got the #3 level which isn't cheapest. Don't come here. Waste of time
Do NOT go here. You will wait for over an hour and watch them "pretend" to clean your car.
