The entire staff jumped in to help me after my radiator hose broke in route to work. Employees immeditaley assisted me and my toddler out the car. They found the part and replaced it within a few hours. Great collaboration with Havoline staff that do my oil changes.
I had to get my CV axles done for my highlander hybrid limited. I did not want to spend on OEM parts. And these ppl accepted to fix the parts that I bought from autozone and saved me some money. The work was perfect . The next day I heard a noise when I was braking or when I was starting to accelarate. I took the next day and they checked it free of cost and it was nothing problematic.
