I mean it was good but I wish they had other cakes. My mom loves the show so when I found out they had a bakery in Atlanta I thoughts it would be perfect to take her and get her a birthday cake while she was in town. The issue? They only sell 3 different cakes. I realize it's a small location but they need better variety.
Terrible disappointment. Canolli shell was soggy and filling was not fresh or flavorful. Very limited selection that was not visually appealing. Bad experience. Crumb cake was heavy, dry, and greasy. Rigelach was terrible -no flavor!
Service could have been better. Flavors on certain items were okay. Texture of the food was not what it should be. The lobster tail was cold and hard. Not what I expected. Not much options to choose from either
worst place to ever work. Company does not care for their employees. If you think this is an opportunity for you think again. And as long as the General manager Heather Hall works there, best bet is not to even apply. Just overall not a team effort. Very stressful because you will be the only employee working there. front house or baker. You will get payed practically every three weeks. Pay does not look pleasing. If you have children, rent, or even pay bills, I recommend not working here to get the income. Really sad to see a childhood dream job turn into trash.
The staff was amazing .. very friendly.. even while they had many customers they took time to take a couple pictures together. The sweets are out of this world to say the least.. we will be back soon and suggest that everyone try Carlo's at least one time..
